I think the first name of M7 was Ron and that his sister, Shirley, was an officer at Rayleigh Police Station in the 1960s.

F3 - Harold Hawes Is his full name Harold Sydney Hawes ? At a boot sale on the weekend I picked up one of the commemorative letters from King G VI thanking individuals of the Home Guard. In this instance Mr Hawes. Regards Terry
